原汁原味--紫薯粽
做了几次粽子后,发现原味的最好吃,料越多越没粽子味,全家一致通过再做一次原味粽子,家里紫薯,一则是紫薯的确好吃又营养,二则粽子还是要打扮一下。

Steps to make 原汁原味--紫薯粽

  • 1.粽叶清洗后修建,干粽叶需要泡一天。
  • 2.糯米泡3小时。
  • 3.紫薯去皮切小丁。
  • 4.紫薯丁倒入沥干水的糯米,加1勺花生油搅拌。
  • 5.粽叶握成锥形,装入米。
  • 6.其余粽叶盖住锥口,包过来。
  • 7.粽叶并在一起缠绕粽子。
  • 8.绳子绑好,做的越来越标准了。
  • 9.高压锅小火煮半小时。
