花生牛奶冻
早餐吃什么?永远是一个热门话题,问一下身边的朋友,总有人说包子油条豆腐脑,画外音:一看就是北方人。哈哈哈,“北方”这个区域有点大,哪里算“北方”?包子油条豆腐脑在我们河南南阳,还真是大众早餐,所有早餐店里都能买到。但并非所有人都这样吃。说说您喜欢吃什么样的早餐?蟹姐一年365天,360天都在家里吃,还都是亲手做出来的早餐,所以花样很多,包子油条豆腐脑只是偶尔吃一下,也都是自己亲手做出来的。跟着蟹姐学做早餐吧,今天重点推荐一个早餐汤,比豆浆营养,比牛奶好喝,家人很喜欢吃,喜欢你也一起做吧。

Steps to make 花生牛奶冻

  • 1.花生铺在烤盘中,放入烤箱160度烤10分钟,取出放凉后搓掉红皮。
  • 2.准备牛奶和白糖,去皮后的花生可以直接用,如果有充足的时间,可以用清水把花生泡透后再用。
  • 3.把花生放进破壁机中,加约600毫升清水,启动机器,把花生打成浆。
  • 4.把花生浆倒入新思特小奶锅中,过滤一下,用滤勺过滤不如用绵布,能过得更细,蟹姐也是做过之后才发现的,下次改用绵布。
  • 5.倒入牛奶和白糖,点火煮上,边煮边搅拌,避免糊底。如果做传统糊状花生酪,配料中可以再加20克糯米一起打,打好后过滤,然后直接煮成糊糊就好了。
  • 6.蟹姐另外准备了1.8克葡萄糖酸内酯,准备像点豆腐脑一样把它凝固了。
  • 7.把内酯放在杯子里,用一点儿温水化开。
  • 8.锅中的牛奶花生糊煮沸之后关火,把内酯倒入锅中拌均匀,然后盖上盖子焖15分钟左右。
  • 9.开锅后就得到一碗花生牛奶冻,状态跟豆腐脑、姜撞奶很像。只是蟹姐过滤花生浆的时候用的滤勺有点粗,状态稍稍有点儿不太美。吃起来倒是挺好的。
  • 10.把做好的冻舀入碗中,放一点儿桂花和玫瑰花,再淋一点儿蜂蜜,挺好吃的。
