雪媚娘豆沙月饼
由于烤制月饼过于油腻,今天用雪媚娘预拌粉包入红豆沙馅,制作一款雪媚娘月饼,造型新颖美观、口感软糯可口、淡淡的粉色为天然的甜菜粉,不油不腻受欢迎。

Steps to make 雪媚娘豆沙月饼

  • 1.雪媚娘预拌粉一袋。
  • 2.将雪媚娘预拌粉倒入盆中,加入沸水边倒边搅。
  • 3.甜菜粉少许并加入几滴水搅匀(根据自己需要的颜色,这些没用了)。
  • 4.加入至面团中搅拌均匀,或用手和面均可。
  • 5.和匀后加入5g黄油,这时面还是温热的,把黄油揉入面团中。
  • 6.揉好的面团,我马上用塑料食品袋装起来防干。
  • 7.红豆沙馅。
  • 8.我先准备了4个,一会再包其他几个。
  • 9.先将月饼模具用面团填满,然后拿出来称重,我的月饼模具可装84g的料,我的皮料每个52g、馅料32g,(可以随意配比,但馅料大皮就薄了、而且馅料颜色深于皮料就不好看了)。
  • 10.包好的雪媚娘月饼坯。
  • 11.将光滑面朝模具里面,收口在外面,这手粉是用淀粉炒制的熟好,尽量少用,粉多了不好看。
  • 12.雪媚娘月饼造型新颖,美观漂亮。
  • 13.雪媚娘月饼图案清晰、颜色美观。
  • 14.切开看看馅料包裹均匀,口感软糯好吃。
  • 15.烤制月饼油腻,做点雪媚娘月饼尝鲜,也可以放其他馅料,今天家里只有红豆沙包馅。
