  • 2.先分成大小均匀的小团,每个18克左右,这样方便包
  • 3.取一盆加入适量水磨糯米粉
  • 4.加入开水用筷子搅拌均匀
  • 5.再和成粉团
  • 6.取适量的粉团搓圆后用大拇指转出一个洞
  • 7.放人已搓圆的黑芝麻馅
  • 8.用虎口慢慢收拢再搓圆
  • 9.这是做好的成品,每个35克左右
  • 10.锅中煮沸水,加入汤圆煮开后,再次加入冷水煮沸至汤圆浮在水面即可
  • 11.把汤圆捞出锅装碗,再加点煮汤圆的水即可
