  • 1.鸡翅洗净,泡去血水,平底锅不放油,将鸡翅正面贴锅底,平铺开
  • 2.小火煎制,逼出油脂,记得翻面
  • 3.鸡翅煎制9分熟,下青咖喱就着鸡油翻炒
  • 4.别忘了翻面
  • 5.加些鱼露,盖盖子焖一会儿
  • 6.我没加多的调味品,放了两只大虾提味
  • 7.下青椒洋葱翻炒,炒出香味
  • 8.加椰汁,即可收汤
  • 9.装盘
