紫薯奶酪球
挺不错的小点心,既有粗粮的健康,又有奶酪的浓香,加上芝麻的脆香,简直美味无比,这个的馅其实还可以任意更换,我就还烤了几个豆沙的,味道更好呢,配上一杯热牛奶或豆浆,就是非常美味健康的早餐了,

  • 紫薯200g
  • 两小勺
  • 奶油奶酪50g
  • 糯米粉两大勺
  • 白砂糖一小勺

Steps to make 紫薯奶酪球

  • 1.把紫薯洗净,蒸熟,(用筷子轻轻一戳就能穿破的程度)
  • 2.削皮,切成小块,
  • 3.用勺子按压成泥,
  • 4.把糯米粉和白砂糖、水加进去,(水的量斟酌放,不一定全放,也不一定够,按实际情况来,干就加水,稀就加面)
  • 5.和成团,
  • 6.分成等量的小剂子,
  • 7.把提前软化好的奶油奶酪切成小块,
  • 8.用面团把奶油奶酪包起来,(最好直接用手,我是为了拿手机照相才戴的手套,直接用手更能清楚判断面团的干湿程度,“不沾手”)
  • 9.把包好的紫薯球均匀的裹上拷过的熟芝麻,
  • 10.放在铺有油纸的烤盘上,(因为也不会沾,所以就算不铺也没什么,我纯属是习惯了,)放进预热180度的烤箱10min即可,(黑的那几个是裹了黑芝麻的,明显没有白的好看,)
  • 11.轻轻掰开,香浓的奶酪馅尽在眼前啊,
