Steps to make 锅包肉
- 1.里脊肉一块,洗净
- 2.切成4毫米左右的厚片
- 3.加生抽,老酒,盐,淀粉,腌制片刻
- 4.胡萝卜,大葱,切细丝,香菜切段
- 5.淀粉加水,少许油,蛋清,调成糊
- 6.锅里倒入油,放入姜片,姜片冒泡改小火
- 7.将肉片蘸上淀粉,再蘸上淀粉糊,入锅炸
- 8.炸至微黄捞出
- 9.改大火,入锅炸至表面酥脆
- 10.沥干油份
- 11.锅里留少许油,加两勺糖,融化后倒入辅料拌匀,倒入米醋
- 12.将酱汁淋在肉上
