Steps to make 黑胡椒酱香带鱼

  • 1.带鱼,去头、去尾、去内脏、去鳞;PS:开水烫一下带鱼,马上冷水冲洗,鳞很容易去掉。
  • 2.带鱼切段,放盐、白酒拌均腌制15分钟, 腌制好的带鱼,捞出沥干水;
  • 3.热锅,倒油,放入带鱼、生姜、沙姜小火煎;
  • 4.微黄,翻转另外一面;
  • 5.入黑胡椒酱、酱油,煎炒均;
  • 6.放葱,收汁即可。
  • 7.香喷喷出锅的带鱼出锅
