脆皮南瓜饼
脆皮南瓜饼是我家孕妇很喜欢的点心,也是妈妈最喜欢的,往往都只在酒席上才吃。超市也有的卖,但是我几乎没给买过。
还是自己做的放心又好吃。真的是外酥里嫩软软呼呼热气腾腾!

  • 炼乳20克
  • 奶粉20克
  • 牛奶一勺

Steps to make 脆皮南瓜饼

  • 1.原料图。
  • 2.南瓜切片蒸熟,打成泥。
  • 3.加入炼乳,奶粉, 糯米粉,白糖适量揉成光滑的糯米面团。
  • 4.分成均匀的等份。
  • 5.一份面团分两半搓匀在底下,用手摁个凹坑,填入馅料。
  • 6.另一半搓匀拍饼放在上面,用模具压好备用。
  • 7.沾一层牛奶,放入面包糠中沾均匀即可成生坯。
  • 8.现做现吃也可,做好放入冰箱冷冻,吃的时候拿出来直接炸也可以。
  • 9.温油放入,中火炸金黄酥脆即可。炸好的南瓜饼要趁热吃。
