  • 1.半瓶生抽,两个萝卜我放了5小勺盐,生抽也有咸味儿,不要太咸。

  • 3.熬半开,糖盐溶化即可。晾凉备用。
  • 4.绿萝卜两个,切去头尾。
  • 5.切条条。
  • 6.再切成薄片。
  • 7.切好的萝卜放容器里。
  • 8.小米椒,姜蒜。
  • 9.蒜切薄片。
  • 10.姜切薄片。
  • 11.小米椒纵切。
  • 12.姜,蒜,小米椒放萝卜上。
  • 13.所有食材倒入晾凉的腌料中,拌匀,淋入适量白酒。
  • 14.稍微腌制一会儿,萝卜会腌出一部分水份。这时再装入容器。拌好即可食用。微辣鲜咸,爽脆诱人。
