Steps to make 炒河粉

  • 1.准备好食材(还有小红辣椒2个)
  • 2.鸡蛋打散摊成蛋皮
  • 3.蛋皮,胡萝卜,黄瓜,脆皮肠切丝,红辣椒,小青菜切段备用
  • 4.用一小碗加入老抽1茶匙,生抽1茶匙,蚝油1茶匙香油半茶匙调匀备用
  • 5.锅里倒油加热,爆香小辣椒
  • 6.加入胡萝卜丝翻炒变软
  • 7.倒入黄瓜翻炒
  • 8.再加入蛋皮和火腿丝翻炒均匀,盛出备用
  • 9.锅里重新倒油加热(油要多些)倒入河粉不停的翻炒,防治焦糊
  • 10.再加入绿豆芽和青菜翻炒均匀断生
  • 11.加入之前炒好的蛋皮,胡萝卜,脆皮肠,黄瓜翻炒均匀
  • 12.倒入调料汁,再加入盐1小勺,鸡精1小勺炒匀即可
  • 13.可以开吃了,真香...
