  • 5.把鱼肚切块。
  • 6. 热油,放入葱姜炒香。
  • 7.放入鱼肚。
  • 8. 烹入料酒。
  • 9. 加适量生抽。
  • 10. 翻炒均匀。
  • 11. 放入尖辣椒翻炒。
  • 12. 加盐、味精调味。
  • 13. 炒至尖辣椒稍稍塌秧发软,即可关火。
  • 14. 出锅装盘,即可上桌。
