花生蛋白薄脆片
这款饼干很早之前做过一次,这次换了配方,虽然都叫薄脆片,但是这次的明显口感要好很多,脆脆的带着些许的酥,是那种清脆的口感。
本来做卡仕达面包时,做的卡仕达酱剩下的两个蛋白,开始想留着做面膜的,想想还是算了,懒得做……
丑女人就是像我这样懒出来的!一把泪啊…………

  • 普通面粉75g
  • 蛋清2个
  • 黄油40g
  • 熟花生25g
  • 糖粉25g

Steps to make 花生蛋白薄脆片

  • 1.将熟花生装入保鲜袋中,用擀面杖擀成花生碎,备用。
  • 2.蛋清用电动打蛋器打散,稍微带点粗泡即可。
  • 3.黄油加糖粉用手动打蛋器搅打均匀,分次倒入蛋白液,每次都搅拌至完全融合后再加下一次。
  • 4.将普通面粉过筛至黄油糊中,搅拌均匀。
  • 5.倒入花生碎,混合均匀成粘稠的面糊。
  • 6.用勺子舀1/3勺面糊放到铺好油纸的烤盘中,然后勺背沾水,将面糊整形成圆形薄面糊。
  • 7.每舀一勺面糊都需勺背沾了水才整形。
  • 8.烤箱提前预热,160度,中层,上下火,我烤了10分钟。
  • 9.最后取出晾凉即可。
