双色蛋糕卷

  • 低筋面粉80克

  • 白砂糖30克
  • 牛奶60克
  • 抹茶粉1/2大匙

Steps to make 双色蛋糕卷

  • 1.把蛋黄、蛋清分离
  • 2.油和牛奶混合均匀,把蛋黄搅打均匀
  • 3.把牛奶倒入蛋黄中搅打均匀
  • 4.分两次筛入低筋面粉,搅拌成没有颗粒的面糊
  • 5.蛋清加醋,分3次放糖打到接近硬性发泡
  • 6.挖1/3放入蛋黄糊中翻拌均匀
  • 7.再倒回蛋清中翻拌均匀
  • 8.碗中放入抹茶粉,舀点面糊翻拌均匀
  • 9.再把蛋糕糊的1/2放入抹茶糊中翻拌均匀
  • 10.把抹茶糊倒入烤盘中,抹平
  • 11.再倒入剩下的蛋糕糊抹平,烤箱预热,150度中层烤25分钟
  • 12.取出倒扣,撕下油纸
  • 13.底下铺上油纸,把蛋糕翻面,等蛋糕温热时利用擀面杖紧紧卷起,放置10分钟后切片即可
