香菇番茄萝卜汤

  • 1.材料简单
  • 2.香菇用水冲净表面的浮土,不需要浸泡
  • 3.番茄洗净切成块
  • 4.白萝卜去皮洗净后切成滚刀块
  • 5.锅中倒点油加热,倒入2/3的西红柿煸炒出汁
  • 6.倒入水煮开后放入干香菇和白萝卜一起
  • 7.改成中火,虚掩着锅盖,煮约20分钟
  • 8.打开盖子,放入剩余的1/3的西红柿块大火煮5分钟,最后调入盐,白胡椒粉和香油搅匀即可。
