Steps to make 白灼菜芯

  • 1.菜芯洗净备用。
  • 2.去掉根部。
  • 3.锅内加水烧开,放入少许盐,这样焯水以后的青菜颜色翠绿,口感更脆。
  • 4.放入菜芯焯水半分钟以后捞出。
  • 5.焯水以后摆在盘子里。
  • 6.葱末,姜末 准备好。
  • 7.耗油.酱油.白糖.盐.淀粉,适量清水放在一起,调成一个料汁。
  • 8.搅拌均匀。
  • 9.锅内放油烧热,放入蒜末,姜末炒香。
  • 10.到入调好的料汁。
  • 11.熬制这样颜色透亮,很多泡泡就做好了。
  • 12.料汁撒在菜芯上面就可以。
  • 13.清淡美味,非常好吃。
