Steps to make 韩式炒辣年糕

  • 1.准备好原料。韩式年糕条和炒年糕酱都是店铺里买来的。
  • 2.水烧开后放入年糕条煮1分钟,因为年糕条特别硬。
  • 3.半个洋葱头一根胡萝卜切块。
  • 4.锅底少许油炒姜丝和胡萝卜洋葱1分钟。
  • 5.然后加入一包炒年糕酱翻炒出香味后加适量清水煮开
  • 6.然后倒入年糕条煮2分钟。清水不要加太多,否则汤汁不够粘稠,如果清水加多了可以放少量淀粉水增加粘稠感。炒年糕酱里本身有咸味,所以炒年糕是不用加盐,如果觉得口感比较淡可以再添加少量盐。
