母亲节蛋糕
我学会了简单的烘焙,妈妈却不能够尝上一口,心里很是遗憾。春节前夕,前一晚烤了一炉蜂蜜小蛋糕,第二天带着去祭奠母亲,真希望,味道可以让那个世界里的母亲满意。五月,再做一款母亲节蛋糕,母爱是圣洁无私的,所以选用纯色的奶油来装饰,送给亲爱的妈妈!

  • 低粉80g
  • 鸡蛋5个
  • 牛奶35ml
  • 白砂糖80g
  • 色拉油35ml
  • 奶油300g

Steps to make 母亲节蛋糕

  • 1.准备食材
  • 2.鸡蛋清、黄分离,分别打入干净无油无水的盛器内
  • 3.慢速将蛋清打出鱼眼泡
  • 4.挤入柠檬汁
  • 5.分三次加入白砂糖
  • 6.打发至硬性泡沫状态(提起打蛋器有笔直的尖角即可)
  • 7.蛋黄中加入牛奶
  • 8.筛入面粉
  • 9.翻拌成面糊
  • 10.取三分之一的蛋清糊放入,翻拌
  • 11.翻拌均匀后再和剩余的蛋清混合
  • 12.翻拌均匀,加入色拉油
  • 13.将蛋糕糊倒入心形模具内
  • 14.放入烤箱进行烤制,时间50分钟、中层上下火、155°
  • 15.取出倒扣,凉后脱模
  • 16.把奶油打发
  • 17.将蛋糕坯用奶油抹面
  • 18.预先画出使用的图案,并用糯米纸勾出线条
  • 19.用融化的巧克力在糯米纸上画出剪影,移到蛋糕上,再用奶油在四周做一些装饰即可
