纯天然的栗子冰皮月饼
今天做的是纯天然的栗子冰皮月饼呢
为什么说是纯天然呢
馅是自己熬的栗子馅
冰皮是加入了蒸的紫薯,无色素哦

栗子季了,去买菜都会看到菜场里面成堆的栗子啊
我又是个超级的栗子控啊
所以这次就用栗子做馅了
从剥皮煮熟,到压碎到炒制好都是纯手工的
忙了大半会呢,累的
不过最后做好了自己先啃了个,满足了,哈哈

  • 粘米粉35克
  • 澄粉25克
  • 玉米油18克
  • 牛奶185克
  • 糖粉40克

Steps to make 纯天然的栗子冰皮月饼

  • 1.栗子剥皮洗净
  • 2.锅里加水放入栗子煮软烂(用高压锅比较方便哦)
  • 3.煮软烂的栗子取出压烂
  • 4.栗子泥倒入锅里
  • 5.倒入适量色拉油炒,水分炒干
  • 6.加入适量白糖
  • 7.翻炒均匀后就可以做馅了
  • 8.将牛奶,玉米油,糖粉倒入碗里搅拌均匀
  • 9.将糯米粉,粘米粉,澄粉倒入1中
  • 10.搅拌均匀,过筛下,静置半小时
  • 11.盖上保鲜膜,放上烧开水的蒸锅,蒸25分钟,取出用筷子快速搅拌至顺滑
  • 12. 等冰皮凉了加入少量蒸熟的紫薯和成紫薯冰皮
  • 13.将冰皮分成30克一个的小剂子,栗子分成20克一个的小剂子
  • 14.手上沾少许糕粉,将冰皮揉圆按扁,放上栗子
  • 15.包好收口
  • 16.放入模具
  • 17.压出月饼形状
