葡萄干马芬蛋糕
葡萄干麦芬蛋糕,新手上路做了款最最简单的,虽不是很完美但还是很开心的了。^_^
~ 黄油、淡奶油?_?偶统统木有。。。\(^o^)/~
改变传统做了款适合我家厨房的“麦芬蛋糕”

Steps to make 葡萄干马芬蛋糕

  • 1.食材准备
  • 2.2枚鸡蛋打散
  • 3.倒入色拉油30g(木有量器都是凭感觉的哈)
  • 4.牛奶
  • 5.搅拌均匀
  • 6.面粉100g,发酵粉4,馒头改良剂各2g,盐1.25g,白沙糖30g,葡萄干30g搅拌均匀
  • 7.将干性食材倒入蛋液
  • 8.搅拌到干性食材都湿了就行。
  • 9.将拌好的面糊倒入纸杯三分之二的位置
  • 10.放入预热过的烤箱。烤箱170°,上下加热,中层烤40分钟。
  • 11.看蛋糕膨胀起来、表面金黄即可。
