炸天妇罗
买了现成的天妇罗炸粉,炸了越南草虾和秋葵。配上专门的天妇罗酱油,真的好吃!

Steps to make 炸天妇罗

  • 1.草虾解冻
  • 2.去头去壳留尾巴,再取出泥肠
  • 3.再横着切几刀,但是不要切断,这步主要防止炸的时候卷起来
  • 4.加点盐、料酒、白胡椒粉、鸡粉腌制一会
  • 5.取一盆放入天妇罗炸粉,按照粉与水的比例1:1.5,调成天妇罗炸粉糊,
  • 6.秋奎去蒂,对半切开
  • 7.先炸秋奎,裹上炸粉面糊
  • 8.油锅烧至六成热,放入挂了糊的秋奎
  • 9.中途要把里面的屑及时捞出
  • 10.炸至金黄色即可捞出吸油
  • 11.接着炸草虾,裹上炸粉面糊
  • 12.油锅烧至六成热,放入挂了糊的草虾
  • 13.炸熟捞出用厨房纸巾吸干油
  • 14.可以配点蔬菜,再配上日本蘸天妇罗的酱油,最好有点萝卜泥
