天这个是甜品也可以当主食,保证孩子会爱吃。
如果喜欢甜也可以牛奶里加一些糖,但是这样其实已经非常美味了。
黑米是黑糯米,不是那种黑米,吃起来是有点糯糯的,就是甜品店里的那种黑糯米哦。
要想糯米球好吃里面加一勺炼乳调味就会更美味,不加也是可以的。
做法简单拿出来孩子两眼都放光!赶紧试试看,十分钟就搞定的美味。

  • 1.黑糯米清洗干净加入40g水。
  • 2.放在电饭锅里面煮,因为我东西少放在小碗里还煮了几个水煮蛋吃浪费资源。
  • 3.煮熟的米加入一勺炼乳混合均匀,然后捏成这样的球,可以冷藏一会降温。
  • 4.碗里面倒入牛奶加芒果。
  • 5.最后淋上核桃红枣花生酱,简直超级美味。
