饼铛美食----烫面豆沙饼
单位到酒楼聚餐,一般会在主菜上齐后上点心,而豆沙饼就是常点的,上桌没一会就扫光,我家里人也喜欢吃这小点心,可总不能老上酒楼呀,还是自己动手吧,话说这豆沙饼也不难做,家里有现成的面粉和自制的豆沙,为啥要让酒楼赚咱的钱呢?

    Steps to make 饼铛美食----烫面豆沙饼

    • 1.1、材料:烫面团 自制豆沙烫面团的做法:中筋面粉400克,先加入200克沸水搅拌,再加适量冷水搅拌,揉至光滑不粘手,盖保鲜膜醒十五分钟。面粉牌子不同,吸水率也不尽相同,所以,我上面的加水量只能是个参考数,实际还得自己看着办,呵呵
    • 2.2、醒好的烫面团,拿出来揉一会,搓成长条状,再切成几个小剂子
    • 3.3、小剂子压扁后擀成薄皮
    • 4.4、在中间抹上一层长方形的豆沙
    • 5.5、上下两边交替重叠,一边轻轻按另一边上
    • 6.6、裁掉两边
    • 7.7、饼铛里加少许油,把豆沙饼放进去,合盖,煎至两面金黄就行(我用的饼铛是上下面都能加热的,合盖后5分钟就ok)
    • 8.8、煎熟后切件
    • 9.9、上碟咯
