  将海螺洗刷干净,放入开水锅中煮熟,然后取出切成片。然后将海螺片、香菜、盐、香油、醋、姜末等拌匀即成。
  虽然做法很简单,但味道却完全不同于平时吃到的螺肉的香味,而是一种清甜爽口的感觉。
  在厦门当地,海螺肉切片还会与黄瓜拌在一起,螺肉被黄瓜特有的清香和爽脆一中和,入口仿佛触电一般,异常惊喜。

  • 1.准备海螺10个。
  • 2.准备红、绿辣椒各一根。
  • 3.半锅水加姜片、葱段、料酒烧开,放进海螺烫煮4-5分钟,捞起后马上泡进冰水五分钟。
  • 4.用小叉剔出肉,去除中段的黄、绿色肠肚。肉切片摆盘,尾部回锅再烫3-4分钟后捞起摆盘。
  • 5.切好葱丝、嫩姜丝、青红椒丝。
  • 6.撒上葱丝、嫩姜丝、青红椒丝,淋上生抽一大匙,白胡椒粉少许,泼上两大匙滚油即可火侯掌握恰当,螺肉柔软爽脆,味道清甜滋美。
