Peanut butter banana ice cream

1. Prepare ingredients, beat with whipped cream until evenly distributed, refrigerate for later use.

2. Mix sugar and egg yolks, add lemon juice and stir well. Then add hot milk in batches and stir well. If it is not a raw egg, heat it over low heat until it bubbles, and then add peanut butter and mix well.

3. Add cream in batches and stir well.

4. Peel and cut the banana into pieces, then add it to the ice cream and stir well.

5. Pour into a clean container and freeze overnight.
