土豆咖喱炖肉

Steps to make 土豆咖喱炖肉

  • 1.准备好食材,切块(土豆尽量切稍大点的块)土豆清水中浸泡。肉用嫩肉水腌制(嫩肉水在大鸡排中已经给大家介绍过了哈,剩下的每次炒肉的时候就可以用了哦。)
  • 2.起锅,放入适量的油,放姜片,放入肉(我这块肉有些肥肉,家里的臭小屁不吃肥肉,所以我每次都单独,切下,先放肥肉,煸出油,在放瘦肉,炒出的肉比较嫩,也很香,等炖出来就不会觉得肥肉腻了,臭小屁也就这么被我哄弄着吃掉这些肥肉了。。。呵呵)
  • 3.放入剩下的瘦肉,翻炒均匀,放入适量的生抽翻炒。
  • 4.加入土豆,方式适量的清水。
  • 5.水开后,放入咖喱粉。转中火炖12-15分钟,土豆炖熟为止。
  • 6.土豆熟后,放入青椒,放盐调味。放红辣椒,翻炒均匀,装盘。
