Steps to make 蒸芙蓉蛋

  • 1.备好肉末待用。
  • 2.西红柿洗净切碎。
  • 3.锅里烧开水(饮用矿泉水也可)。
  • 4.三个鸡蛋打入大碗中,加入少许食盐,少许猪油打散待用。
  • 5.把开水倒入蛋液中继续搅拌一下,让其融合即可。
  • 6.放入蒸锅大火蒸20分钟(如果用的不是蒸锅可以用保鲜膜把碗给盖一下)。
  • 7.锅里放入适量植物油,下肉末炒。
  • 8.把肉末炒至变色。
  • 9.倒入西红柿一同翻炒。
  • 10.加入一丢丢食盐,少许酱油翻炒至西红柿出汁即可(翻炒的过程中用铲子压一压番茄,这样更入味)。
  • 11.最后把炒好的肉末淋在蛋花上,撒上葱花即可。
  • 12.我家小孩都爱吃这道芙蓉蛋。
