既然叫口水鱼,那一定是很美味的,要不怎么让你流口水呢 。
这道菜菜做起来比较简单,味道却非常棒,用来招待客人一定会得到大家的赞扬哟。 其实也不清楚正宗的口水鱼是怎么做的,反正瞎捣鼓吧,只要味道好就行了。
以前也做过类似的鱼鱼,但没有加花生碎和豆豉,这次改变一点,味道更好哟。

  • 1.鲜鱼洗净,片成鱼片。
  • 2.用腌料将鱼腌制30分钟。
  • 3.腌鱼过程中,我们将花生入烤箱烧熟,烤熟的花生去掉外皮,切碎备用。
  • 4.豆豉、姜、蒜剁碎,同时准备好干辣椒丝和花椒。
  • 5.锅里放油,烧热后,放入花椒和干辣椒丝,再放入豆豉、姜蒜末炒香。
  • 6.炒好的料放在大碗里,加入需要的调味拌匀。
  • 7.锅里加水,水开后,将火关到最小,放入腌好的鱼片,烫熟,捞起,平铺在大碗里。
  • 8.将调味淋入,再放入花生碎、芝麻和小葱即可。
  • 9.超强美味,还不来试试。
