腊肉炒水芹菜
水芹菜有种特殊的香气,比芹菜要香,我很喜欢那味道,每次回老家,妈妈都会买来做给我吃。水芹菜这边市场没有卖,老家倒是很多,上次回家的时候,妈妈买了一大袋子,让我带回来慢慢吃,呵呵。用水芹菜炒腊肉,非常的香,感觉很不错。

  • 1.取合适大小的腊肉用温水洗净
  • 2.把腊肉入锅煮半小时
  • 3.煮好的腊肉切片待用
  • 4.水芹菜洗净,切成段。

  • 7.将腊肉入锅,煸香出出油。
