  • 1.准备好食材,我买的是板栗红薯,口感又绵又甜很好吃。
  • 2.梨子去皮去核切成小颗。
  • 3.红薯去皮切小颗,看看这色泽,是不是特有食欲呢
  • 4.将红薯和梨粒放入锅内,放入冰糖
  • 5.枸杞清洗后放入,注入清水,水量根据个人喜好放,冰糖可是酌量放入
  • 6.放入蒸烤箱,启动纯蒸功能,蒸半小时即可,要是没用蒸烤箱,煮的或者隔水炖时间也是一样的哦。
