红烧牛肉面
超市做活动,买了一大块的牛肉,就分几次全部做面条吃了,或者红烧牛肉面,或者直接加点葱姜煮煮切片配面条也很棒,提前准备好牛肉部分,做早饭就没那么慌张了!!

  • 花椒5颗
  • 香叶3片
  • 八角2只
  • 郫县豆瓣酱1勺
  • 海鲜酱1勺
  • 老抽1勺
  • 生抽2勺

Steps to make 红烧牛肉面

  • 1.准备的原料。
  • 2.牛肉加清水,葱,姜片煮开焯水。
  • 3.洗净血沫。
  • 4.切成小块。
  • 5.热锅凉油,小火煸炒海鲜酱,豆瓣酱出香味。
  • 6.加入牛肉块,老抽炒上色。
  • 7.加入热水,香料装进不锈钢调料过滤球再放进锅里,烧开小火炖到牛肉酥烂。(关火前半小时加入生抽,白糖)
  • 8.开水里加点盐煮面条,小火煮到面条没硬芯就可以。
  • 9.煮好的面条捞出加入香菜。
  • 10.再加入煮好的牛肉就可以。
