韩式拌韭菜
做了道,朝鲜族风味的小咸菜,真给力的,不管侬信不信了,反正,阿拉信了。。要是侬是辣族,绝对的给力。。方子如下,自己看吧。。

  • 苹果2个
  • 洋葱4个
  • 500g
  • 200g
  • 糯米粉200g
  • 韩式干辣椒面500g
  • 海虾酱200g
  • 鱼露100g
  • 大喜大牛肉粉100g
  • 白糖200g

Steps to make 韩式拌韭菜

  • 1.新鲜的韭菜洗净,切段,用盐,先腌制15分钟左右,去除其多余的水分。
  • 2.准备的调料品,干辣椒面,鱼露,大喜大牛肉粉,海虾酱(朝鲜风味)。
  • 3.将姜,大蒜,切碎末,洋葱,苹果,用专门的研磨器,磨成细碎。全部混合在一起,备用。
  • 4.将糯米粉加适量的清水,用小火,慢慢熬制成糊状。趁热倒入,韩式干辣椒面的碗中。这样,就把生的干辣椒面,给烫熟了。
  • 5.再将苹果汁的混合物,倒入,充分拌匀。
  • 6.将拌匀的辣椒酱倒入,事先腌制好的韭菜中,再倒入些熟芝麻,白糖,加些鱼露,海虾酱(朝鲜风味)。
  • 7.充分拌匀,即可。
  • 8.即食或是装在无水无油的器皿中,入冰箱珍藏也不错的。
