一藕生香,红糖并蒂,隙间糯米忆蜜甜

  • 1.莲藕冲洗干净,准备好糯米
  • 2.糯米清水浸泡
  • 3.莲藕用刨子刨去外皮
  • 4.莲藕取1 /9处切开
  • 5.另一头用纱布将莲藕包裹,棉线捆紧
  • 6.切开处朝上,灌入泡水的糯米
  • 7.塞满后,盖上切开的藕盖,用牙签固定
  • 8.将塞好糯米的藕段放入锅中,倒入水,末过藕断,放入红糖和桂花
  • 9.小火煮1.5-2小时左右,大火收汁上色
  • 10.切开后,淋上汁即可
