我一定不会承认,我的拖延症又在复发中。。。我不会说,我已经做好了一个多礼拜了,可直到现在才开始写菜谱。。。啊啊啊。。该死的拖延症。。
面包很好吃,而且因为这个造型,撕着吃的时候也很有乐趣呢~

材料:
主面团:高筋面粉200g,低筋面粉50g,蛋液75g,牛奶84g,盐2g,细砂糖31g,酵母3g,黄油30g
辅料:欧芹香肠6根
表面装饰:蛋液适量

Steps to make 欧芹香肠面包

  • 1.将除黄油外的主面团所需材料加入到面包桶中,液体在下,粉类在上,盐、糖、酵母分开放置;
  • 2.将桶放入面包机中固定好
  • 3.开启“生面团”程序,程序进程包括揉面+发酵,总时长默认为1:40
  • 4.程序开始20分钟后加入室温下软化的黄油
  • 5.揉面程序结束自动进入发酵阶段,盖好面包机盖子即可
  • 6.发酵完毕;
  • 7.取出发酵好的面团揉匀排气
  • 8.分割成6份
  • 9.分别滚圆后松弛10分钟
  • 10.取一个面团擀成长椭圆形
  • 11.将欧芹香肠放到中间
  • 12.用面团将香肠卷起并捏紧封口
  • 13.用干净的剪刀将整形好的面团剪成均匀的小段,注意底部的面团不要剪断
  • 14.将面团挪入烤盘中,并依次将每一小段的截面按照上下方向扭转摆放
  • 15.同样方式将其他面团整形好
  • 16.送入温暖湿润处发酵至约2倍大小
  • 17.在表面刷一薄层蛋液
  • 18.送入预热好的烤箱中下层,170度约15分钟
  • 19.出炉晾凉后密封保存
