香蕉戚风蛋糕

Steps to make 香蕉戚风蛋糕

  • 1.熟透的香蕉分别压成泥和切成丁
  • 2.蛋黄加入细砂糖打发至乳化浓稠
  • 3.加入玉米油搅拌均匀后加入水再次拌匀
  • 4.然后加入刚才准备好的香蕉泥搅拌均匀
  • 5.搅拌均匀后的面糊内过筛入低粉和盐,彻底搅拌均匀
  • 6.将切好的香蕉丁加入面糊
  • 7.然后翻拌均匀,做好的蛋黄糊会很稠的。
  • 8.蛋白里面加入白醋,再加分次加入细砂糖搅打
  • 9.打到提起打蛋器至出现弯钩、9分发左右
  • 10.取1/3打发好的蛋白放入蛋黄糊里面拌均匀
  • 11.搅拌均匀后再倒入剩余的2/3蛋白
  • 12.彻底翻拌均匀
  • 13.拌好的蛋糕糊倒入模具里面
  • 14.放桌上震两下,然后入预热烤箱175度中下层,40分钟左右。
