香烤鱿鱼须

我们家过节可热闹了、几姊妹都会来我们家、因为我们和父母一起住、和往常一样过节前一天提前买些菜、明天在买些、这样没那么累、我们家都喜欢在家里吃、都说家里吃气氛更浓、
和往常一样又买了些鱿鱼须、我们家小朋友们的最爱、每次都不够吃、光盘、
我今天就烤点来吃、先过过瘾*免得明天我忙灶上的、桌上的被大小吃货们抢光光、**

Details of ingredients

  • 鱿鱼须5个(大的)
  • 孜然粉一勺
  • 黑糊椒粉一勺
  • 酱油半勺
  • 生抽一勺
  • 烧烤粉一勺
  • 辣椒粉一勺
  • 蜂蜜一勺(最后用)
  • 玉米油一勺
  • 少量
  • 花椒粉小半勺

Steps to make 香烤鱿鱼须

  • 1.鱿鱼须洗净、撕掉表面多余的黑膜(只做了一些)
  • 2.用刀切开须、
  • 3.加入所有调味料拌匀
  • 4.用保鲜膜盖好、放入冰箱冷藏5小时或冷藏过夜
  • 5.竹签用水浸泡半小时
  • 6.串好、放在烤网上、下面垫个烤盘、烤盘上放锡箔纸、这样方便清理!预热烤箱
  • 7.放入烤箱中层、210度15分钟左右、中途翻面、刷一次油
  • 8.再准备点辣椒粉和孜然粉、蜂蜜水、(蜂蜜和水比例1:1)在最后两分钟时刷表面
  • 9.最后两分种了、刷一层蜂蜜水、
  • 10.撒点辣椒面、孜然粉在上面、烤完
  • 11.取出、好香呀
  • 12.边拍照边留口水的感觉、在配一杯啤酒、爽歪歪呀!
