Steps to make 文昌鸡

  • 1.鸡腿清洗后入加了少许葱、姜、盐、料酒的锅中煮出血水。
  • 2.将鸡腿捞出放入盘中,抹上少许料酒,放上葱姜。
  • 3.入锅中蒸至熟烂,用时大约二十五分钟。
  • 4.葱、姜、红甜椒切成细末。
  • 5.锅中放适量油,放入葱姜红椒末炒香。
  • 6.加入酱油、糖、醋烧开,淋入少许芝麻油后关火。
  • 7.蒸好的鸡腿放至不烫手,切成大块摆入盘中。
  • 8.将料汁均匀的浇在上面即可食用。
