香烤马鲛鱼

Steps to make 香烤马鲛鱼

  • 1.马鲛鱼去内脏、去鱼鳃冲洗干净。
  • 2.用刀贴着鱼脊骨片下鱼肉。
  • 3.用鱼骨夹将鱼骨清理干净。
  • 4.将鱼片放入盘里,鱼肉两面均匀抹上盐,料酒,黑胡椒碎、几片柠檬汁,再放入姜丝、蒜片、葱段拌匀腌制20分钟。
  • 5.鱼骨剁块放入碗里,放盐、料酒、黑胡椒碎、几片柠檬汁、姜丝、蒜片、葱段拌匀腌制20分钟。
  • 6.烤盘上垫锡纸,刷上一层橄榄油。
  • 7.将鱼肉鱼骨和腌制用的姜蒜葱一起摆入烤盘内,再在鱼肉鱼骨上刷上一层橄榄油。 烤箱160度上下火,预热5分钟放入烤盘烤15分钟,取出再刷一遍橄榄油,再放入200度烤15分钟至表面微黄。
  • 8.粽叶泡发洗净摆盘。
  • 9.装盘,吃时挤上柠檬汁即可。
