树番茄拌洋葱
许多人都怕切洋葱,但我对付它有办法,其实也很简单把买回来的洋葱放冰箱冷藏一两天,现用现拿这样经过冷藏的洋葱用刀切的时候就不刺激眼睛流眼泪。洋葱营养丰富,有较强的杀菌作用,且气味辛辣能刺激胃、肠及消化腺分泌,增进食欲于治疗消化不良,促进消化。洋葱不含脂肪,其精油中含有可降低胆固醇的含硫化合物的混合物,可用、食欲不振、食积内停等症;洋葱是目前所知唯一含前列腺素A的。前列腺素A能扩张血管、降低血液黏度,因而会产生降血压、能减少外周血管和增加冠状动脉的血流量,预防血栓形成作用。对抗人体内儿茶酚胺等升压物质的作用,又能促进钠盐的排泄,从而使血压下降,经常食用对高血压,高血脂和心脑血管病人都有保健作用。所以洋葱特别适宜高血压、高血脂、动脉硬化等心血管疾病、糖尿病、癌症、急慢性肠炎患者以及消化不良者食用。
此道菜中用来拌洋葱的树番茄属于木质番茄,是一种长在树上的番茄,树番茄比一般的番茄要酸,果实富含果胶、维生素和铁元素。

Steps to make 树番茄拌洋葱

  • 1.烤树番茄的同时把洋葱洗净,在洋葱的顶部和底部各切一刀,然后把洋葱片剥下来切成洋葱丝。
  • 2.烤熟的树番茄稍放凉,然后剥去外去放小碗里,用匙子压成泥。
  • 3.往树番茄碗里放入一匙鱼露。
  • 4.放入白糖一小匙搅拌均匀。
  • 5.切好的洋葱丝放入一个大碗里,挤入半个青柠檬汁。
  • 6.把调好的树番茄酱倒入洋葱碗里。
  • 7.放入一些切好的香菜搅拌均匀后腌制两小时去除洋葱的辣味即可食用。
