猪皮是一种蛋白质含量很高的肉制品原料。对人的皮肤、筋腱、骨骼、毛发都有重要的生理保健作用,猪皮中含有大量的胶原蛋白质,它在烹调过程中可转化成明胶,明胶具有网状空间结构,它能结合许多水,增强细胞生理代谢。进入秋季,人的皮肤就容易缺水,易出现皱纹,要延缓或减少皱纹的出现,就必须摄入一些能提高结合力的胶原蛋白和弹性蛋白。猪皮正是富含胶原蛋白的食物,对减皱美容有特效。而黄豆能补充蛋白质,滋润皮肤、肌肉以及毛发,使皮肤更加光滑细腻,富有弹性。

Steps to make 黄豆猪皮汤

  • 1.黄豆提前用清水浸泡
  • 2.猪皮去干净毛,待锅里的水烧开后,放入猪皮煮2分钟
  • 3.将猪皮切成小块
  • 4.红枣去核,姜切片
  • 5.汤锅里加水,放入姜片和红枣
  • 6.放入猪皮
  • 7.加入黄豆
  • 8.盖上锅盖。大火烧开后,转小火煮2个小时
  • 9.最后加盐调味
