  • 1.自己制作的红薯凉粉,放凉倒出。
  • 2.红薯凉粉切块。
  • 3.小葱,姜切细。
  • 4.青菜摘好,洗净,备用。
  • 5.锅内放油,爆香葱姜。
  • 6.放入凉粉,稍微煎下。加一勺自己特制的辣酱。翻炒。
  • 7.加入青菜,继续翻炒,最后加盐(少量),五香粉,味精。可以出锅啦。
