蒜蓉粉丝蒸大虾很多人都做过,好看又好吃且非常简单,无论自家吃还是宴客都是很不错的。这次做了剁椒蒜蓉粉丝烤虾,一样简单又高颜值,且吃起来感觉比蒸的更香,吃完虾再吃吸收了汤汁的粉丝爽滑又鲜美。

  • 1.鲜虾清洗后剪去虾须,用刀在虾背部轻轻开口取出虾线,再次清洗干净。然后放入生抽、料酒、姜片、白胡椒粉、少许盐腌制20分钟左右。
  • 2.大蒜多一些切蒜末,姜少许切末。
  • 3.炒锅烧热放入多一些的植物油,下入蒜末和姜末煸炒出香味。
  • 4.下入剁椒、生抽、蚝油、料酒、白糖、少许白胡椒粉继续煸炒均匀待用。
  • 5.龙口粉丝提前温水浸泡变软。
  • 6.披萨盘用锡纸包好,粉丝控水铺在披萨盘里。
  • 7.将腌制过的虾摆在粉丝上面,摆整齐一点比较好看。
  • 8.炒过的蒜蓉连同汤汁用小勺浇在虾上面。
  • 9.放入烤箱预热190度的烤箱烤18~20分钟。
  • 10.看看吸收了汤汁的粉丝也很诱人。
