【经典老酸奶】
自制酸奶是家里不能缺少的食物,因为孩子们的喜爱,更因为它的营养。
在制作酸奶的时候,我喜欢先把牛奶加热到42度左右,为什么呢?因为42度既能融化细砂糖,也能给酸奶益生菌一个良好的发酵温度。
平时在瓦斯炉上煮牛奶的时候,总是需要拿着一个温度计在那测量,生怕温度过高或者过低。现在不用再受那份累了,因为我用智能恒温调奶壶来煮牛奶。这样既不用温度计,也不用那么辛苦的站在火炉旁去测量温度。

  • 动物淡奶油100克
  • 细砂糖80克
  • 酸奶益生菌1小包

Steps to make 【经典老酸奶】

  • 1.准备900毫升的纯牛奶和100毫升的淡奶油,混合均匀。
  • 2.准备好80克的细砂糖。
  • 3.混合好的奶液加入ACA智能恒温调奶器。
  • 4.盖上盖子。
  • 5.接通电源,启动煮沸或者水质净化功能,LCD显示屏上会精确显示当前温度。当煮到42度到45度之间的时候,关掉电源。这时候,牛奶的温度就轻松解决了,既不用测量,更不用站脚。
  • 6.加入80克细砂糖,搅拌均匀。
  • 7.准备一包老酸奶菌粉。
  • 8.加入奶液里,边加边搅拌,让益生菌的分步更加均匀。
  • 9.然后分装入事先消毒好的酸奶瓶里,盖上盖子,放入适量的温度里发酵7到8小时,至酸奶凝固即可。做好的酸奶冷藏一夜以后风味更加。
