湘菜凉拌韭菜
韭菜——具健胃、提神、止汗固涩、补肾助阳、固精等功效。在中医里,韭菜有一个很响亮的名字叫“壮阳草”,还有人把韭菜称为“洗肠草”,不但如此,韭菜还有很多名字。韭菜还叫草钟乳、起阳草、长生草,又称扁菜。
 

脆爽的凉拌菜夏天的美食,做起来简单,饱了口福还不会长胖哦!特别适合我这种初学做菜的朋友!哈哈哈

    Steps to make 湘菜凉拌韭菜

    • 1.首先把韭菜洗净 韭菜要选择嫩一点的
    • 2.水烧开后 放入韭菜,烫的时间要短大概6到10秒钟,根据您个人喜欢老一点还是生一点,如果韭菜多建议分几次烫这样会更好把握时间,捞起后还可以过一下凉水。这样会更脆
    • 3.这个步骤有两种做法,一个是吧烫好的韭菜切成长段,还有就是我做的这样,一根根卷成小卷,这样夹起来方便也漂亮。
    • 4.准备调料,用老抽和生抽泡上准备好的小红辣椒圈,切好大蒜备用
    • 5.放在大碗里拌料,先放少量盐,因为生抽和老抽都有盐味的,不要放咸了
    • 6.再依次放入 大蒜碎 调好的老抽生抽辣椒汁 陈醋 拌匀,再淋入花椒油 麻油 蒜油
    • 7.最后装盘 洒入一些白芝麻 完成
