菠萝油条虾

看到了不错的菠萝,就想试一下。

  • 菠萝半个
  • 蛋清1个
  • 姜末少许
  • 白芝麻少许
  • 淀粉少许
  • 料酒少许

Steps to make 菠萝油条虾

  • 1.材料备齐。
  • 2.鲜虾洗净去壳,挑去虾线备用;
  • 3.虾仁加入适量的盐、姜末、蛋清、淀粉抓匀腌制一下;
  • 4.油条切成段,用筷子将油条中间掏空;
  • 5.在油条里塞入腌制好的虾仁;
  • 6.将油条的两端蘸些淀粉封口;
  • 7.平底锅中入油摊平烧热;
  • 8.油条下锅煎,小火煎至虾仁颜色不透明;
  • 9.沙拉酱加入少许水和白芝麻拌匀;
  • 10.把煎好的油条沥干油后混合菠萝块加调好的沙拉酱拌匀即可。
