小小改动让高热量蛋糕放心吃——【豆渣重乳酪蛋糕】
过年期间,连续做了好几次的轻乳酪蛋糕当早餐,LG吃了还说不过瘾,他说就是想吃重乳酪口味的,偏又担心热量太高,一块下肚,下一顿饭的时间都感觉不到饿,这一点深信不疑,于是呢,我就利用起早餐豆浆的“废物”豆渣,掺进重乳酪蛋糕制作过程中,这样每一块重乳酪蛋糕中富含的膳食纤维增大,热量随之降低,而且加了豆渣的乳酪蛋糕,口感更细腻软绵,完全吃不出豆渣的腥气,一举两得!

  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 白糖30g
  • 豆渣200g
  • 柠檬半个
  • 玉米淀粉20g

  • 1.主要原料集合
  • 2.奶油奶酪切成小块,加上砂糖隔水加热至融化。
  • 3.依次加入鸡蛋,搅拌均匀后再加下一个,确保乳酪糊搅拌均匀无颗粒。
  • 4.加入豆渣,继续搅拌。
  • 5.加入玉米淀粉,搅拌均匀。
  • 6.之后加入半个柠檬挤出的柠檬汁,搅拌均匀。
  • 7.6寸活底模具,底部用锡纸包裹,将奶酪糊倒进去9分满,然后将模具放在托盘里,托盘中加入半碗水,入烤箱,150度水浴法烤制一个小时。出炉后冷藏脱模会更方便。
