在家也能品味异域风情~~简单又有趣的和风寿司
咱今天换口味,吃惯了白米饭,盖浇饭,炒米饭,蛋包饭,也得换换口味不是?
     尝试下小日本的异域风情。虽然吃寿司,但钓鱼岛还是咱的。

    Steps to make 在家也能品味异域风情~~简单又有趣的和风寿司

    • 1.先把米饭蒸上准备着,可以不用寿司米,家里的剩米饭也可以,只要够软。
    • 2.蒸好后加酱油,搅拌。我用的是最普通的酱油,但是味道也不错。让米饭稍微凉掉。
    • 3.切火腿肠,黄瓜,越细越好,条件限制,就先这样凑合吧。
    • 4.把米平铺到海苔上,稍微压实点。
    • 5.涂上番茄酱,沙拉酱,肉松,摆上黄瓜,火腿肠,榨菜,萝卜干。依个人口味添加不同的酱不同的料,能加什么咱就加吧,剩菜。
    • 6.卷成卷,然后用刀切块,刀上抹点醋会比较好切,易成型,水也可以。现在就开吃吧,虽然不是很正宗,但咱也解决了剩菜剩米饭不是嘛。
