最近姑娘们喜欢吃米粉和酸辣面,家里的辣椒油消耗很快。家里没有干辣椒打面子了,这次就就直接用了疫情期间从网上买来的辣椒面。

  • 生姜一块
  • 青花椒一小把

  • 1.盆中放入粗细辣椒面、白芝麻和青花椒。
  • 2.菜籽油倒入锅里,放入三奈八角香叶生姜葱段,中小火炸。
  • 3.直至葱段炸成金黄色,捞出所有香料不要。
  • 4.分三次倒入辣椒面中。
  • 5.用勺子搅一搅,让辣椒面均匀受热。放凉后浸出红油,放入合适的容器常温保存即可。
  • 6.成品。原片,无滤镜无修图。
  • 7.成品。颜色真美丽呀。
