    Steps to make 鸭血粉丝汤

    • 1.准备所有原料:鸭血、鸭肝、鸭肠、山芋粉丝、鲜蘑菇、豆腐泡、方腿、小菜心、鸭汤、盐、白胡椒粉、鸡精。
    • 2.做法:粉丝冲洗一下,用温水泡软剪断。
    • 3.鸭血先养在冷水中,再切成小块。
    • 4.鸭肝焯水洗净后,加葱、姜、盐、料酒、鲜汤卤熟后晾凉切片。
    • 5.鸭肠用剪刀剪开成长条片状,去净污物和肠上的油,用盐、醋反复搓洗干净,然后焯水,再冲洗干净剪段备用。
    • 6.小菜心洗净,豆腐泡撕开一个口(利于吸收汤汁)备用。
    • 7.鲜蘑菇洗净切片。
    • 8.方腿切好几片备用。
    • 9.锅上火,放入鸭汤烧沸(没有的也可用鲜汤或鸡汤代替)。
    • 10.依次放入蘑菇片。
    • 11.放入切好块的鸭血。
    • 12.放入泡好的粉丝。
    • 13.放入切好片的鸭肝。
    • 14.放入豆腐泡和小菜心。
    • 15.最后放入鸭肠段,把鸭汤再次烧开即可。
    • 16.放盐、鸡精调味,依个人喜好还可以洒点白胡椒粉、切碎的香菜叶或葱花。
    • 17.出锅了,大家尝尝吧,味道很鲜美,一点不比外面卖的差哟。
