自制健康肉松

  • 大料1粒

  • 生抽1勺
  • 白糖1勺
  • 米酒1勺
  • 植物油1勺

Steps to make 自制健康肉松

  • 1.可以选择里脊肉或是猪腿肉,去皮去掉脂肪只留瘦肉。
  • 2.锅里冷水放入花椒大料和姜片以及切大块的猪肉,中火烧开后盖小火焖煮40-60分钟。出锅前加盐。肉煮的越烂肉松的口感更好嚼些。
  • 3.煮熟的肉捞出沥干水晾凉。
  • 4.肉放在保鲜袋里用擀面杖擀碎。
  • 5.未擀碎的在拿出来用手撕一下。
  • 6.将碎肉放在面包机桶里,加1勺白糖、1勺米酒汁、1勺生抽、植物油1勺。
  • 7.将食材送入面包机里。
  • 8.面包机调成肉松菜谱键,大概1个小时左右肉松就好啦!
